Hills Lake gets a large amount of water; March is the month that gets the most rain while October is frequently the driest month. Pine Mountain Family Campground is a magnificent campground here. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Warm Springs Campground is a great site to camp, and since you're here, you could also take a look at striking Williamson Lake. Dry       warm beds await you at Days Inn Pine Mountain Near Callaway Gardens, and the nice people of LaGrange like to hang out nearby. Mountain Top Inn and Resort is a great location to get some rest; if you're interested in hydro structures, you can visit Hills Lake Dam. Throughout the summertime at Hills Lake temperatures are regularly in the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's.
