    Go to Hill Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. All through the summertime at Hill Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows at Hill Lake through the winter ordinarily plunge into the 20's. If you need a place to stay Best Western Fairwinds Inn & Suites is a magnificent choice, and there's pleasant hiking along the South Fork Trail. People from Cleveland  
   love to come to Hill Lake.
Lakes? Sure, Hills Lake is in close proximity, and Bear Pen Gap is in the neighborhood, and is a great site. Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are really plentiful here at Hill Lake. There are some great whitewater spots on Mountaintown Creek, and on a beautiful day you acquire a magnificent sight of Demps Mountain from Hill Lake. This lake is so wonderful.                after a long day outdoors Best Western Mountain View Inn is a nice place to spend a night or two.
Hill Lake gets much water; the month with most of the rain is March, and October is the month with the least moisture. Some nearby water includes Barnes Creek, and camping is available at Plum Nelly Campground. This lake is so wonderful. You can take a little trip to Mountaintown Creek Watershed Dam Number Two while you're here at Hill Lake, and nice hiking is available along the Mountaintown Creek Trail.
A tremendous place to camp here at Hill Lake is Lake Conasauga Campground, and you can go for a hike on the Bear Creek Trail.
