The Blue Ridge Mountains scenery is always beautiful. At High Valley Boys Club Lake throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at High Valley Boys Club Lake sink into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Mr Bud's Campground is a pleasant       campground nearby; a quick trip to Alice Branch is without doubt a good idea. Man, is there a lot of amusing stuff to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Stay the night at Sleepy Hollow Campground, and going for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. All the water falling down from the sky makes High Valley Boys Club Lake a wet site; March is the month that gets the most rain; the driest of the                  months is October. Dean Lake Dam is a spot that is in the vicinity of High Valley Boys Club Lake; if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Chattahoochee Trail. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, too good to be true. You can run the rapids of Hiwassee River and High Shoals Creek near High Valley Boys Club Lake, and you'll meet a lot of people from Cornelia here. After a long day outdoors Best Western Alpine Helen is a fine location to spend a night or two, and here at High Valley Boys Club Lake you can see Baker Knob. If only every place had this much outdoors cool things, what a great globe it would be.
