     Georgia has many beautiful lakes and High Falls Lake is one of them. There are plenty of people from Thomaston here at High Falls Lake. Camping is available at Beaver Creek Campground, and if you're here, you could visit Brushy Creek. Glide down the rapids of Little Towaliga River in a kayak, and you don’t have to go far from High Falls Lake to see the water at High Falls Lake Dam.
Summertime highs at High Falls Lake typically tend to be in the 80's, and during
 
   summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's, and overnight lows all through the wintertime for High Falls Lake tend to be in the 30's. High Falls Lake is a quite wet place typically with a good deal of rainfall; through March this area sees the most rain; October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. High Falls Lake is right by the Ocmulgee River Trail; Best Western Hilltop Inn is a glorious location  
               to get some rest.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Hiking along the Kinnard Horse Trail is brilliant fun, and a glorious spot to camp here at High Falls Lake is High Falls State Park. Get soaked paddling on Towaliga River, and if you need a spot to stay Days Inn At Jackson is a good choice.
