If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Annewakee River, and Hendersons Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, South Oaks Manufactured Home is a great place to camp nearby. For the period of the summertime here at       Hendersons Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Hendersons Lake fall into the 20's. Hendersons Lake gets a large amount of water; March is the month that gets the most rain, and October on the other hand is the driest.
