This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to come across some fine folks from Columbus here; a lake close by is Bull Creek Watershed Lake Number 27. TownePlace Suites Columbus is a magnificent spot to get some rest, and paddling on Mulberry Creek is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Clapp Hill can be distinguished from Heards Lake, and Chattahoochee River has a brilliant whitewater paddling       spot nearby. There's so much to do here at Heards Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Pines Camp Ground is a good site for that, and if you need a place to stay Columbus Airport Super 8 Motel is a magnificent choice. This place, Heards Lake, it completely has so much outdoors cool stuff. A round of golf at nearby Godwin Creek Golf Course is a tremendous way to kill some time, and Lindsey Creek Dam is a lovely site, definitely worth going to.                  Through the summer at Heards Lake temperatures are typically in the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Heards Lake. You could also stop at Lake Somerset while you're here at Heards Lake; it's nearby. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Heards Lake has to offer, you can camp at Anthony's Mobile Park.
