This lake is so wonderful. There's always Hays Pond Dam to pop by next to Hays Pond, and camping is available at Hard Labor Creek State Park. Summertime highs at Hays Pond mostly tend to be in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 50's       while the cold winter nights at Hays Pond are in the 30's. Go for a hike on the Kinnard Horse Trail; unsurprisingly Patrick Branch flows through this region. Hays Pond in fact is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise.
