This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Rottenwood Creek for all you adrenaline people. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Haygoode Lake has to offer, you can camp at La Siesta RV Park. Crestwood Suites - Marietta-Town Center Mall is a fine spot to get       some rest. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Sope Creek, and if you're looking for a great journey, Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is quite near. The high level of rain makes Haygoode Lake a relatively wet site; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily March, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is October.
