A wonderful nearby hotel is Sleep Inn Douglasville, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Creekside Golf & Country Club is in the vicinity. Hay North Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is frequently March, that's the one that rains the most while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You'll need more       than a day to discover everything Hay North Lake has to offer, you can camp at Atlanta West Campgrounds, and get soaked paddling on Mobley Creek. All through the summertime highs here at Hay North Lake get into the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Hay North Lake are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into                  a kayak and hit Dog River; you'll discover a lovely lake called Cedar Lake. Very nice water scenery is available at Hay North Lake Dam in the vicinity of Hay North Lake, and Holiday Inn Express Atl West (I-20) d'Ville Area is a fine place to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Hay North Lake that you need to camp here for a while, The Rock Camp Ground is a great site for that.
