Go to Hartwell Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Hartwell Dam has great water scenery and it's in close proximity to Hartwell Lake, and Jameson Inn Hartwell is a great place to get some rest. If you came for an overnight stay Hart State Park is a tremendous spot to camp; Hartwell Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. A lake close by is Cole Lake One.

| | here; September meanwhile is the driest month. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Hartwell Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's; the night is a little chillier of course, mostly in the 60's. Through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Hartwell Lake. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Hartwell Lake. There are some great whitewater spots on Rocky River, and an afternoon playing golf at Stone Creek Cove Golf Club is always a joy. This lake is so wonderful. Sadlers Creek State
Recreation Area is a good campground nearby; there's whitewater on Shoal Creek for all you adrenaline kick people.
