Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Trenton, and you can stay the night at Cloudland Canyon State Park. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Harris Lake that you need to camp here for a while, The Chimney's Campground is a magnificent spot for that, and there are some great whitewater spots on Gulf Creek. The sights at Russell Cave National Monument will blow your mind, and if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the Skyuka Trail.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Yates Lake is in the neighborhood, also Harris Lake Dam is worth checking out if you're here. If you need a location to stay Key West Inn La Fayette is a magnificent choice, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Bluff Trail. The high level of rain makes Harris Lake a quite wet location; March is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is October. And that's not all you can do here at | |

Harris Lake. Harris Lake is right next door to Cooper Gap which is without doubt worth a visit, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Bear Creek. That right there is a heap already,
but it carries on; Harris Lake has it all. Harris Lake is not far at all from Summerville; a round of golf at nearby Canyon Ridge Golf Course is a perfect way to kill some time. Looking for some flowing water? Try Back Valley Creek,
and not far from Harris Lake you'll stumble on Ott Lake which is a gorgeous lake. For the duration of the summer months here at Harris Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer

 | When I went to Lula Falls, I was amazed! It was so beautiful. It was so much fun. As soon as my toes touched the water the sudden relaxed look on my face turned into the biggest smile. People say water doesn't smell. Well, it does. Lula's water smelled so pure! My time this weekend was amazing and I hope to go there again soon. If I had my pictures to put up I would. You should really put some input into going. Everything is worth it.... |
