If you're a golfer then a nice nearby course is Oxbow Creek Golf Course, and a tremendous view of gorgeous Bailey Hill is available. During the warm days of summer at Harps Pond highs are commonly in the 90's with overnight lows in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are typically in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Harps Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Hards Pond Dam is       not far at all from Harps Pond; obviously McMurrin Branch is a gorgeous stream that is worth a visit. Camping at Florence Marina State Park is always a glorious experience. If you came to camp Anthony's Mobile Park is a splendid site to do that, and dry warm beds await you at Microtel Columbus Fort Benning. Harps Pond is a wet site that gets a great deal of precipitation; March is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month.                  If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great globe it would be. After a long day outdoors Suburban Extended Stay Hotel/USO Columbus is a splendid spot to spend a night or two; there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Chattahoochee River.
