A lot of precipitation falls at Harper Lake; July is the wettest month with most rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A good sight of pretty Pilcher Hill is available from Harper Lake, and if you need a site to stay Knights Inn is a great choice.

lovely lake, and Hortense wesleyan Camp is a tremendous campground here. Through the long summer days at Harper Lake temperatures are mostly in the 90's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 70's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 60's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Harper Lake temperatures plunge to the 30's.
