This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Hannom Lake has to offer, you can camp at Okefenokee Pastimes; swamps don’t sound that brilliant but Durdin Prairie next to Hannom Lake is reasonably brilliant. Stay the night at Traders Hill Recreation Area; Hannom Lake is not the only place nearby, Grassy Lake is a nearby lake. Hannom       Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of rain; August is when you get the most rain here while October is mostly the driest month. This place, Hannom Lake, it just has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Super 8 Motel - Waycross is a glorious place to get some rest. If you need a site to stay Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites is a fine choice; there's tremendous hiking along the Indian Trail. Summertime highs at Hannom Lake usually tend to be in the 90's                  with overnight lows in the 60's.
