Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more fun things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Moccasin Creek, and Ridges Resort & Club is a good location to get some rest. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer. This location is unbeatable,       just check out all the amusing stuff to do in close proximity to Hall Creek Lake. If you crave a little side trip, try Andy Gap; Hall Creek Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, River Bend is a magnificent local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. All the water falling down from the sky makes Hall Creek Lake a wet site; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and                  the driest month of the year is October. Skiing at Sky Valley is one of those things you just ought to do, and camping at Poplar Springs Roadside Campground is always a fine experience.
