For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 50's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Gumm Pond temperatures fall to the 30's. Stay the night at Little River Park, and after a long day outdoors       Royal Inn Motel is a glorious place to spend a night or two. Any time is a glorious time at Gumm Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors. Crooked Shank flows through this vicinity, and since you're here, you could also stop at beautiful Bridge Lake. Gumm Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; through March this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is October. This lake is so wonderful.
