You'll hit upon a beautiful lake called Williams Lake near Groovers Lake, and enjoy a round of golf at Greystone Golf Course. Groovers Lake is a wet spot that gets a lot of rain; through March this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is October. Comfort Inn at Six Flags is a tremendous place to get some rest, and Sweetwater Creek State       Park is a fine local campground. Here at Groovers Lake you'll probably meet some folks from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, and Groovers Lake is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Arrowhead Campground is a nice site to camp nearby. During the summertime highs here at Groovers Lake reach the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's while the cold winter                  nights at Groovers Lake are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Annewakee River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and a glorious close by hotel is Suburban Extended Stay West Six Flags. Be careful coming to Groovers Lake, you might not ever want to go home again.
