This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Jesup, Ga. Days Inn is a splendid choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Griffin Lake has to offer, you can camp at Beaver Creek RV Campground. There's so much to do here at Griffin Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pinelake Campgrounds is a glorious place for that, and at Rayonier Lake Dam North in       close proximity to Griffin Lake there are some interesting things to see. All the water falling down from the sky makes Griffin Lake a wet place; the wettest month of the year is usually July, that's the one that rains the most, and November meanwhile is the driest month. A magnificent nearby hotel is Ramada Jesup; you'll meet a lot of people from Jesup here. All through the months of summer, highs typically are in the 90's at Griffin Lake. Once the sun is                  down it dips down to the 70's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 60's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Griffin Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Patterson Swamp is right nearby, and Buggs Bluff is a brilliant place to take a look at while in the vicinity. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place!
