Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Big Creek. There's so much to do here at Greene Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Holiday Marina Harbor is a tremendous place for that. This lake is so wonderful. A lovely lake like Ellison       Lake near Greene Lake is a wonderful place to stop at, and if you came to camp Red Top Mtn. State Park and Lodge is a great place to do that. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Greene Lake. Do take a look at Lake Arrowhead close to Greene Lake, it's a gorgeous lake, and an afternoon playing golf at Bradshaw Farms Golf Course is always a bliss. This lake is so wonderful. During the warm days of summer highs here at Greene Lake reach                  the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are commonly in the 40's while Greene Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. The high level of rainfall makes Greene Lake a relatively wet place; during March this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is October.
