It's always fun to stop by Green Pond. If you need a location to stay Trenton Days Inn is a tremendous choice, and Green Pond is a magnificent place to camp, Chattanooga West KOA is a magnificent place. This lake is so wonderful. A visit to Sulphur Springs Gap is always fun, and Little River Canyon National Preserve is a very great location to go to. Lafayette Days Inn is a nice spot to get some rest, and camping at Green Pond is delightful fun, Sequoyah Caverns

This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Green Pond you can take a hike along the Skyuka Trail, and since you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Summerville. The Bluff Trail is a great hiking trail right next door to Green Pond, and do take a look at Carver Lake, it's a gorgeous lake. Green Pond gets lots of water; through the month of March you get the most rain around here, and October is when it's the driest. For the period
of the summertime months at Green Pond temperatures are usually in the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and overnight lows at Green Pond during the
wintertime regularly descend into the 20's.
There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Allen Creek; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Canyon Ridge Golf Course is in close proximity.
