If you need a spot to stay Ramada Jesup is a great choice; you can stay the night at Beaver Creek RV Campground. You have to go to Cole Eddy when you're here at Grantham Lake; Lake Bluff is an exciting site to stop at while at Grantham Lake. Jesup, Ga. Days Inn is a great place to get some rest, and why not check out Rayonier Lake Dam South since you're here. And that's not all you       can do here at Grantham Lake. If you get bored of Grantham Lake, you could also go to close by Cross Lake.
