March, and September is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. The Kinnard Horse Trail offers hiking at its best; get yourself into a kayak and hit Alcovy River. Summertime at Graham-Stafford Lake comes with high temperatures
in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Graham-Stafford Lake are in the 30's. There's so much to do here at Graham-Stafford
Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hard Labor Creek State Park is a wonderful location for that, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail.

Twin Bridges Trail
 | 17 miles away The Twin Bridges Trail is a bit strenuous and half of it is along the lake. It ends near a hunting camp where trash is dumped by campers. I really wish the trail were longer. USFS needs to consider walk-in camping with a parking area to require campers to walk 1/4 mile to the sites. The gate needs to be locked to the lakeside lots except for hunting season.... |
