Gordy Pond is excellent! Lakes are such serene places, why not go to Millers Lake near Gordy Pond. If you're here at Gordy Pond and you like golf, you can explore Red Oak Golf Club, and Gordy Pond is a great place to camp, Lake Pines Camp Ground is a great place. If you need a place to stay Super Value Inn-Richland is a delightful choice, and if you're visiting from Columbus,       you won't be the only one. Through the long summer days at Gordy Pond temperatures are usually in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 70's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 50's while Gordy Pond nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 30's. Gordy Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most while October is mostly                  the driest month.
