Summertime highs at Glovers Lake generally tend to be in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter the highs are generally in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Glovers Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The high level of precipitation makes Glovers Lake a quite wet place; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year       is October. Nearby lakes? Sure, Hardin Lake is in close proximity to Glovers Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay James H. Floyd State Park is a nice place to camp. Why not camp at Rome-floyd County Recreation while you're here at Glovers Lake; enjoy a round of golf at Horseleg Creek Country Club. This lake is so wonderful.
