Go to Glore Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. J Crane & Assoc. is a great spot to get some rest, and at Glore Lake you always meet someone from Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta. All our national parks are brilliant spots to pop by, and Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail is no exception, and whitewater paddling is good on Sweetwater Creek. | | into the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Glore Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Chattahoochee River is so much fun, and Arrowhead Campground is a splendid campground here. So many enjoyable things to do at Glore Lake, so little time. Glore Lake is a fine lake close to Glore Lake, and camping at Glore Lake is glorious fun, Atlanta West Campgrounds is a glorious local campground. | |

A lot of rain falls at Glore Lake; through March this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is October. After a long day outdoors Efficiency Lodge is a glorious site to spend a night or two; Glore Lake Dam is not far at all from Glore Lake.
