The view of Blue Mountain from Gillilan Lake is lovely, and if you're a golfer then a fine nearby course is Tunnel Hill Golf Club. Gillilan Lake is a reasonably wet place typically with a great deal of rainfall; during the month of March you get the most rain around here; October on the other hand is the driest. A beautiful lake like Cook Lake near Gillilan Lake is a fine spot to visit, and Best Western Inn Of Dalton       is a good site to get some rest. Getting to North Fork Mill Creek from Gillilan Lake is uncomplicated, and Gillilan Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Shipps RV Center and Campground is a glorious local campground. Gillilan Lake is a site with many visitors from Dalton, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Dalton. This lake is so wonderful. Griffin Lake Dam is an interesting thing to check out, and while you're here, you might as well                  go to Mill Creek Gap. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Gillilan Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ringgold Koa Kampground is a wonderful place for that; lakes are such serene places, why not explore Griffin Lake. Summertime highs at Gillilan Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's.
