Gibson Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Gibson Lake you will meet lots of people from close by Dalton, and the Bear Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. If you would like a little side tour, try Mulberry Gap, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Fairwinds Inn & Suites. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is great on Holly Creek; why not take a refreshing hike along the Emery Creek Trail. The high level of rain makes Gibson Lake a rather wet location; the wettest
month of the year is regularly March, that's the one that rains the most while October is ordinarily the driest month.
At Gibson Lake through the summer months highs are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. During the winter the highs are mostly in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Gibson Lake.
