If you came to camp Mount Moriah Campgrounds is a fine site to do that, and dry warm beds await you at Western Motel. Summer brings highs in the 90's to George Claussen Pond, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs       in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at George Claussen Pond. This lake is so wonderful. George Claussen Pond Dam has glorious water scenery and it's near George Claussen Pond, and unsurprisingly Boggy Gut Creek flows through this vicinity. George Claussen Pond usually gets a large amount of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is March while November is regularly the driest month.
