    Gator Lake is a lake worth visiting. All the water falling down from the sky makes Gator Lake a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is July while November is mostly the driest month. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll go for Gator Lake. After a long day outdoors Stardust Lodge is a pleasant place to spend a night or two; Bonnett Lake is a tremendous lake close by.
Visit Mill Creek since you're here at Gator Lake. There's so much to do here
 
   at Gator Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Strickland Ferry Camp is a great location for that. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Satilla River Vacation Land, and if you need a location to stay Oglethorpe Efficiency Apts is a splendid choice. Summertime highs at Gator Lake typically tend to be in the 90's with night lows in the 60's. During the winter highs are regularly in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Gator Lake.
 
               If you want to pop by some out of the ordinary stuff, pop by Flanders Shady Bluff, and enjoy a round of golf at Salacoa Golf Course.
