This lake is so wonderful. People from Cornelia love to come to Garner Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Cleveland. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Mud Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and Serendipity Park Nudist Resort is a good local campground. And if that's not enough there's a heap more exciting stuff to do in the Blue       Ridge Mountains. There are other places here than Garner Pond, for example Pless Pond, and enjoy a round of golf at Innsbruck Resort & Golf Club. Lake Pless Dam is a spot that is next to Garner Pond; there are good sites to look at along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Having a good time at Garner Pond is simple. Garner Pond is a magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Mountain Creek Grove Nudist is a magnificent place to camp nearby, and close                  by you locate the Raven Cliff Falls Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. Garner Pond is a relatively wet place mostly with a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest month is October. Not far from Garner Pond, you'll come across Lake Pless which is a pretty lake; going for a hike on the Whitly Gap Trail is always a great adventure. Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
