If you came for an overnight stay Okefenokee RV Campground is a pleasant location to camp, and after a long day outdoors Macclenny-Days Inn is a tremendous site to spend a night or two. The high level of rain       makes Gannet Lake a relatively wet location; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most, and October meanwhile is the driest month. At Gannet Lake through the warm months highs are in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. All through the winter highs are usually in the 60's with temperatures at Gannet Lake dipping down into the 40's through winter nights. If only every site had this much outdoors                  cool things, what a great earth it would be. This lake is so wonderful.
