If you get bored of Gailey Pond, you could also explore close by Reservoir Number 44, and Middle Fork Broad River Structure Six Dam has perfect water                  scenery. During the summertime months at Gailey Pond temperatures are mostly in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Gailey Pond during the winter mostly sink into the 20's. So much amusing stuff to do at Gailey Pond, so little time. Gailey Pond is near Wofford Shoals which is undeniably worth going to; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Nancy Town River.
