Gaeta Lake is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Cartecay River, and the Benton McKaye Trail is a great hiking trail close by. Gaeta Lake frequently gets a lot of rain; March is the wettest month with most rain while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

| | winter are regularly in the 40's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Gaeta Lake tend to be in the 20's. Comfort Inn & Suites is a glorious site to get some rest, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Tearbritches Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Gaeta Lake is near Gaeta Lake Dam which is a scenic location absolutely worth stopping at; Charlie Creek is right next door to Gaeta Lake and is always a delight to pop by.

time at Gaeta Lake if you go for the outdoors. Mineral Springs is always fun to check out, and if you need a location to stay Blue Ridge - Days Inn is a great choice. Deep Gap is a brilliant site to pop by close by, and if you came
to camp Blue Ridge Campground is a delightful location to do that. Davenport Mountain is simple to spot from Gaeta Lake, and soar down the rapids of Toccoa River in a kayak.
While you're here at Gaeta Lake you can take a hike
along the Benton Mackaye Trail, and Gaeta Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Blue Ridge Campground is a good local campground.
