Stay the night at Marietta Campground; not far from Fulton Lake you'll locate Bartenfeld Lake which is a scenic lake. This lake is so wonderful. Sandy Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Brookshire Creek Trail. Summertime highs at Fulton Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows
in the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and overnight lows at Fulton Lake all through the wintertime frequently drop into the 20's.
