Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Cornelia, and Appalachian Camper Park is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Cornelia here, and some nearby water includes Deep Creek. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Franklin Pond. Franklin Pond is a brilliant place to       visit for more than one day, Hazel Creek RV Park is a brilliant place to camp nearby; Apple Mountain Golf Club is a golf course nearby. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not stop at Warren Franklin Pond next to Franklin Pond, and Franklin Pond is right by the Bartram Trail. During the warm months at Franklin Pond highs are frequently in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are regularly                  in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Franklin Pond temperatures drop to the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Big Panther Creek, and Best Western Cornelia Inn is a splendid place to get some rest.
