Much rainfall falls at Foundation Lake; during the month of March you get the most rain around here while October is commonly the driest month. You can run the rapids of Mulberry Creek right next door to Foundation Lake; Foundation Lake is not far at all from LaGrange. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the splendid whitewater of Flat Shoals River, and dry warm beds await you at Fireside       Inn. If you came to camp Valley Inn Resort is a good place to do that. Lakes are delightful; Falls Creek Lake is a lake that's right next door to Foundation Lake. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do right next door to Foundation Lake. Foundation Lake Dam is gorgeous and it's in the vicinity of Foundation Lake. Days Inn Pine Mountain Near Callaway Gardens is a good site to get some rest, and Foundation Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than                  a day at, Pine Mountain Family Campground is a pleasant local campground. Through the warmest time of the year at Foundation Lake temperatures are generally in the 90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's.
