Fort Mountain Spinners Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Mill Creek; a round of golf at nearby Spring Lakes Golf Club is a pleasant way to kill some time. Rock Creek is a glorious place to go to, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Songbird Trail. Fort Mountain Spinners Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest month of the year is August.
