Hells Hollow is a wonderful place to stop by next to Fort Jackson Reservoir, and Morrison Campground is a wonderful local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Country Hearth Inn Rome is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Big Cedar Creek, and Coker Lake is a nice lake nearby. After a long day outdoors Days Inn Rome Downtown is a nice place

Fort Jackson Reservoir is a quite wet place regularly with much precipitation; during March this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is October.
