At Floyd Lake throughout the months of summer highs are in the 90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and overnight lows at Floyd Lake through the winter mostly drop into the 30's. At Floyd Lake you always meet someone from Dublin. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Floyd Lake has to offer,       you can camp at Hillside Bluegrass and RV Park; Americas Best Inns Eastman is a nice place to get some rest. Dry warm beds await you at Jameson Inn Eastman; Floyd Dam has perfect water scenery. There's so much to do here at Floyd Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pinetucky Campground is a great spot for that, and a lake close by is Stitchihatchie Pond.
