Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Flag Lake, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Flag Lake. Going for a hike on the Indian Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and after a long day outdoors Star Motel is a great place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There are other       spots here than Flag Lake, for example Duck Lake, and Traders Hill Recreation Area is a great campground here. Flag Lake gets lots of water; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; October on the other hand is the driest. If you need a place to stay Days Inn is a good choice.
