Five Points Lake is a wet spot that gets a great deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is March; the driest month is October. Good hiking is available along the Kinnard Horse Trail. After a long day outdoors Fairfield Inn By Marriott Suites Macon is a great location to spend a night or two, and during your tour here you'll meet some folks from Macon for sure. This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Ocmulgee       National Monument is recommended; you can go for a hike on the Ocmulgee River Trail. Any time is a perfect time at Five Points Lake if you like the outdoors. Hodges Lake is a good lake close to Five Points Lake, and Comfort Inn & Suites is a splendid spot to get some rest. For the duration of the long summer days at Five Points Lake highs are usually in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are                  in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Five Points Lake. A perfect place to camp here at Five Points Lake is Church Campground, and there are glorious sites to discover along the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail.
