Fishingpole Lake is a wet place that gets a large amount of precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here; October meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Traders Hill Recreation Area is always a nice experience, and not far from Fishingpole Lake you'll find Sometime       Hole which is a lovely lake. Summertime at Fishingpole Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 60's, and nighttime lows at Fishingpole Lake through the wintertime frequently dip into the 30's. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Fishingpole Lake. A delightful location to camp here at Fishingpole                  Lake is Okefenokee RV Campground, and great hiking is available along the Okefenokee Wilderness Canoe Trail.
