You can run the rapids of Flint River right next door to Favors Lake, and you don’t have to go far from Favors Lake to observe the water at Favors Dam. Favors Lake is a wet location that gets a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is March; October meanwhile is the driest month. For the duration of the days of summer, highs typically are in the 90's at Favors Lake. For the period of the moonlight hours it's commonly       in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Favors Lake temperatures plunge to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Warm Springs Campground, and a fine nearby hotel is Mountain Top Inn and Resort. Ramsey Mobile Home and RV Park is a nice campground here; Oak Mountain Spring Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. And that's not all you can do here at Favors Lake. There's                  whitewater on Lazer Creek for all you thrill seekers.
