After a long day outdoors Days Inn Rome Downtown is a fine location to spend a night or two, and if you came to camp Morrison Campground is a tremendous spot to do that. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Farmer Pond. While you're here at Farmer Pond       you will meet lots of people from nearby Rome, and while you're here, you could also take a look at stunning Rutledge Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Indian Ridge Golf Club is a fine golf course nearby, and if you want to take a look at some attention-grabbing stuff, take a look at Troutman Bend. Farmer Pond gets a great deal of water; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is August. Summertime highs                  at Farmer Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Farmer Pond temperatures descend to the 20's.
