Falk Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly March, that's the one that rains the most while October is regularly the driest month. For the period of the days of summer at Falk Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Talking Rock Creek, and naturally Maxwell Branch flows through this area. After a long day outdoors Scottish Inn is a nice place to spend a night or two, and why not camp at Iron Hill Campground since you're here at Falk Lake. Here at Falk Lake there are plenty of people from Calhoun, and camping                  is available at Pine Log Campground. This lake is so wonderful.
