    Eubank Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Eubank Lake really is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Nearby lakes? Sure, Pollards Corner Lake is near Eubank Lake; if you need a location to stay Knights Inn Thomson is a fine choice. Looking for something near Eubank Lake? Bennett Lake is nearby. There's so much to do here at Eubank Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hamilton Branch Campground is a great place for that.  
   At Eubank Lake during the warm months highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's while Eubank Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's.
Lots of rain falls at Eubank Lake; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest of the months is October. Drift down the rapids of Savannah River in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Very great
 
               water scenery is available at Eubank Lake Dam next to Eubank Lake; going for a hike on the Turkey Creek Hiking Trail is always a delightful adventure.
You'll need more than a day to look at everything Eubank Lake has to offer, you can camp at Mistletoe State Park, and after a long day outdoors Thomson-Days Inn is a brilliant site to spend a night or two. Get drenched paddling on Stevens Creek, and a quick trip to Chigoe Creek is unquestionably a pleasant idea.

There are two open spillway dams between the Hwy 28 (Fury's Ferry) Bridge and I-20: Stevens Creek Dam (at the confluence of Stevens Creek) and the Augusta Canal Diversion Dam (about a mile downstream of Stevens Creek Dam). There are no marked access points immediately on either side of either dam. Georgia Power Co. operates an electric generating facility on the Georgia (south) bank at Stevens Creek. At the Canal, since the canal immediately parallels the river some twenty feet above it, there is no river access whatsoever on the Georgia side. Portage would be recommended along private land on the South Carolina side of both dams....
