All the water falling down from the sky makes Enoch Pond a wet spot; most of the rain falls during July, and October is the month with the least moisture. Summertime highs at Enoch Pond typically tend to be in the 90's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are frequently in the 60's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures       at Enoch Pond drop into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Enoch Pond is a place with many visitors from Valdosta, and why not camp at Eagles Roost Campground while you're here at Enoch Pond. If you come at the right time of year, Turket Creek offers some good whitewater, and Scottish Inns Jennings is a wonderful spot to get some rest. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Alapahoochee River Grand Bay Canal), and if you came for an overnight stay Jennings                  Outdoor Resort is a fine site to camp. If you get bored of Enoch Pond, you could also pop by close by Boyd Pond, and if you need a spot to stay Lake Park Inn is a tremendous choice.
