At English Lake through the warm months highs are in the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are commonly in the 50's, and nighttime lows at English Lake through the wintertime mostly fall into the 30's. After a long       day outdoors Lamar Inn and Suites is a great site to spend a night or two; whitewater paddling is brilliant on Little Towaliga River. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at English Lake. Do go to Barnesville Reservoir near English Lake, it's a scenic lake, and why not take a look at English Lake Dam if you're here. Don't leave English Lake without first going for a hike along the Ocmulgee River Trail, and English Lake is a nearby                  lake that you could have a look at. This lake is so wonderful. English Lake gets a large amount of water; the month with most of the rain is March, and October is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
