If you need a place to stay Ramada Plaza Hotel Macon is a nice choice; Edwards Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Interstate RV Center and Campground is a pleasant local campground. The high level of precipitation makes Edwards Lake a pretty wet location; during March this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is October. Why not explore close by       Hall Branch while you're here at Edwards Lake, and if you haven’t been to Ocmulgee National Monument, you should schedule some time for it if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Edwards Lake. There's so much to do here at Edwards Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tobesofkee Recreation Area is a fine place for that, and a round of golf at nearby Bowden Golf Course is a good                  way to kill some time. Summertime highs at Edwards Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 80's; the nighttime is a bit colder of course, mostly in the 60's.
