At Edwards Lake during the summertime highs are in the 80's while overnight lows are commonly in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Edwards Lake. Macon Marriott City Center is a wonderful place to get some rest, and needless to       say Hall Branch is a charming stream that is worth a visit. Edwards Lake is a wet place that gets a great deal of rain; the month with most of the rain is March; the driest month is October. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Edwards Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Interstate RV Center and Campground is a tremendous spot for that; since you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Macon. While you're here at Edwards                  Lake you can play some golf at Bowden Golf Course, and at Edwards Lake Dam right next door to Edwards Lake there are some out of the ordinary things to see. So many cool things right next door to Edwards Lake, definitely remarkable. There are other places here than Edwards Lake, for example Sawyer Lake, and you can stay the night at Tobesofkee Recreation Area. Lakes? Sure, Stone Lake is in the neighborhood, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Allison Lake Wildlife Trail.
