All the water falling down from the sky makes Edmonds Lake a wet spot; through the month of March you get the most rain around here while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Throughout the summer months highs here at Edmonds Lake get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The winter       brings highs down to the 50's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Edmonds Lake temperatures dip to the 30's. There's delightful hiking along the Falling Camp Trail, and a tremendous spot to camp here at Edmonds Lake is Wesleyan Campground. All the outdoors cool things near Edmonds Lake will keep you coming back time and again. Jameson Inn Greensboro is a delightful spot to get some rest, also Edmonds Lake Dam is worth taking a look at if you're here.                  Edmonds Lake is not far at all from Athens-Clarke County. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Town Creek Bike Trail; if you've had enough of Edmonds Lake, Dolvin Lake is nearby.
